Ya, I think he makes like 320hp or something like that, I have no idea on how long it will last though. I do know that the 787B, the car that won the 24 hours of LeMans, is still running on its motor that it ran the race with.

The years were split between the two VIN codes. An SA is 79-81 and a FB is 82-85. The main difference is the tails as far as the exterior goes.

This is an SA notice the space between the tails and how the license plate is between them

This is an FB, were the plates are below the tails and the tails go all the way across the rear of the car.

humm didnt know that tidbid of info but that is a sweet 1st gen. It probably has full racing lightweight rotors and racing seals with a bridgeport intake and race port exhaust.

His name is crispeed on rx7club. People always ask him what porting is done and we always get different skewed answers, unless I missed the actual post where he came out and just said it. I want to say its Pport with rx8 rotors and eshaft, all balanced and al the goodies. I do know however that they are running the same seals as me.

Its the truth though. The engines in the 3rd gen cars cook themselves literally there is not enough cooling and the bay is to small to do anykind of real duct work.. They rarely make it to 150k, its sad but it is the truth.

thats one thing people dont understand. The first modification you should perform on an rx7 is upgrading the cooling system then u start looking for power adders.
