Friday & Saturday … August 29<SUP>th</SUP> & 30<SUP>th</SUP> … Kanawha Valley Dragstrip Rod Run & Car Show; at the dragstrip on U.S. Rt. 35 near Pliny, WV; entry fee - $20.00 for both days; free camping; bonfire Friday evening. From what I have been told test and tune is friday night and saturday night there will be bracket racing for the show cars. Show cars will have there own staging lanes and will not race against race cars. Registration starts at 12 noon on friday.
