Here is some more information about this event since the original flyer is not showing up.
Southern West Virginia Region
of the Sports Car Club of America
is pleased to announce a charity
AUTOCROSS / BENEFIT SOLO EVENT
to be held at the Riverside High School located in
Belle, West Virginia. If you have ever thought about
driving your car in a "competition/timed setting" this
unique event is certainly for you.
All proceeds from this event go directly to
Riverside High School.
Date: September 21st, 2008
Location: Riverside High School, 1 Warrior Way,
Belle, WV 25015
Cost: SCCA Members: $20
Non-members: $30
Required items to compete:
Must have valid driver’s license and the automobile
must pass a basic technical inspection. Loaner
helmets will be available at the event. Every person
entering the event site must sign a release and waiver
form. (you will receive a wrist band)
Competition schedule:
Registration and Tech. Inspection: 8:30am - 10.00am
Driver’s meeting: 10:15am
First car off: 10:45am
If you have never attended an autocross before or you are trying to get back into the action this is the event for you. We'll have prizes, plenty of drivers to compete with, on-site food concessions (supporting RHS seniors), limited free drinks and even the weather looks amazing for this weekend. Been wanting to try out my little neon since its setup for autocross. I'm 5 months pregnant, will they still let me compete?

Lot more jarring and pressure on the chest/stomach area from the seatbelt but Im not sure.

you should be in SM with the swap, they never classed my civic right either... Where do they put you? DSP?

I would get killed in SM I ran in DM If u have a motor swap and it wasnt made for that car u automatically got put in a modified class

Actually civics are quite popular for SM with a decent swap. Look at Chris Travis... SM is a very reasonable class and as long as your motor is made by Honda then you're eligible for SM...

If anyone runs that car it will be me. Its the day after our wedding but we might head up that way anyways if nothing else just to watch.
